IT Support Engineer – L1/L2 Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver L1/L2 technical assistance to our employees. The role involves troubleshooting everyday hardware, software and connectivity issues and ensuring smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for Windows PCs, laptops, desktops, printers and network connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365, corporate email, VPN and other business applications.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, system access rights and track IT assets.
• Log, update and follow up on incidents/tickets until resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/Desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of basic networking and VPN concepts.
• Effective troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve user issues efficiently.
