IT Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join RN Care Pte. Ltd. across Singapore. The role combines technical support with operational responsibilities to ensure a smooth and cost‑effective workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, workstation setup and continuous process improvement.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues to minimise downtime.
• Track operational expenses, compare against budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Consolidate monthly invoices for the finance team.
• Manage procurement of software, hardware and subscriptions, handling license renewals and ensuring value for money.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate disposal of obsolete equipment.
• Oversee office maintenance, renovations and network management to keep the work environment safe and functional.
• Address electrical issues to maintain business continuity during outages.
• Maintain vendor relationships to secure favourable pricing and services.

Required profile

• Education in Operations Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration or a generalist role; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in IT troubleshooting across hardware, software and network.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
