IT Support Specialist – Global Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join Kuehne+Nagel’s global technology team. In this role you will ensure that the IT infrastructure supporting our worldwide logistics operations runs smoothly, enabling the delivery of fresh produce, time‑critical healthcare products and more.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to end users via phone, email, chat or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, software applications and hardware in line with corporate standards.
• Manage endpoint devices using RMM/MDM/EMM tools such as Microsoft Intune or Kaseya.
• Maintain compliance with IT security policies, perform patch management and document asset inventory.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device provisioning and de‑commissioning.
• Collaborate with the wider IT team to escalate complex problems and contribute to infrastructure projects.
• Record support tickets, resolutions and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Methodical, structured approach to work and professional appearance.
• Experience in a logistics or transport environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in endpoint management tools (Microsoft Intune, Kaseya, other RMM/MDM/EMM).
• Solid knowledge of Windows and mobile operating systems.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with endpoint security, patch management and compliance standards.
• Administration and user support experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
