IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will join Simon‑Kucher’s Singapore hub, providing end‑user IT assistance to local and APAC users during business hours. You will be part of a global incident support team, ensuring reliable and timely resolution of technical issues while contributing to regional resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to users experiencing hardware, software, or network problems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to connectivity, software functionality, and hardware malfunctions.
• Respond to support tickets via email, video conference, or in‑person and ensure timely resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Set up, install, and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals and standard software packages.
• Coordinate hardware refreshes, replacements, and upgrades in line with lifecycle policies.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventory using asset management tools and monitor stock levels.

Required profile

• Experience delivering end‑user support in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose hardware, software and network issues.
• Effective communication skills for remote and on‑site assistance.
• Willingness to collaborate with a regional team covering the APAC time zone.
