IT Support Specialist – Microsoft 365 Administration

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide end‑user and infrastructure support for a user base of over 100 employees. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint device management, and overall IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor system health, conduct performance testing and manage backup/restore processes.
• Execute annual hardware refreshes for Windows, Android and iOS devices and network equipment.
• Provide onboarding and off‑boarding support, troubleshoot issues onsite, offsite and on vessels.
• Document system configurations, processes and user guides.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of IT hardware and software and run daily, monthly and annual operational checklists.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve user experience and travel internationally when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of L1 support experience in a mid‑to‑large enterprise with >100 users.
• Hands‑on experience as a Global Admin for Microsoft 365 or deep knowledge of user administration, Intune management and security configuration.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS).
