IT Support Technician – Desktop Support with Intune Experience

About the role

Ecosistemas is seeking an IT Support Technician / Desktop Support Technician to work onsite for a major client in Singapore. You will use your expertise in Microsoft Intune and device imaging to ensure smooth deployment and migration of corporate equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform imaging, configuration, and setup of IT equipment according to client standards.
• Execute device migration and onboarding tasks to the corporate platform.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, and administration through Microsoft Intune.
• Verify proper functioning of hardware, software, and security policies on all devices.
• Provide technical support during implementation and migration processes.
• Document completed tasks, report project progress, and log incidents.
• Coordinate activities with local and international teams when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IT Support or Desktop Support Technician.
• Proven experience in device imaging, deployment, and migration projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent communication and technical documentation).
• Availability to work 100% onsite in Toa Payoh.
• Semi‑senior level with autonomy to resolve medium‑complexity incidents.
