IT Supporter – Permanent

About the role

The IT Supporter will provide technical assistance to Satair employees across Singapore and globally. You will handle incidents, service requests, and contribute to the stability of the IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate Major Incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Support local and global IT incidents and service requests, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage equipment procurement, inventory, and asset registers in line with company processes.
• Maintain PC security, access control, and ensure all software licenses are up‑to‑date.
• Participate in 24/7 IT support rotation and assist with regional IT activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year of IT support experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Broad understanding of hardware, software, networking, and communication concepts.
• Ability to document procedures and create knowledge articles.

Required skills

• IT hardware and Windows OS support.
• Network basics – DHCP and DNS.
• Printer troubleshooting and print management.
• IT Asset Life Cycle Management (CMDB).
• Microsoft Active Directory.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) tool usage.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes.
• Technical documentation and knowledge article creation.
