Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS and Databricks. The ideal candidate should possess strong Java fundamentals, extensive implementation experience across the software development lifecycle, and be comfortable leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java 17/21.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot.
• Develop high‑quality, maintainable, and performant code adhering to best practices.
• Participate in application modernization and cloud readiness initiatives.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Java fundamentals (Collections, Multithreading, Streams, JVM, Exception handling, Design patterns, Performance optimization).
• Java 17 and/or Java 21.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Apache Kafka and event‑driven architecture.
• AI‑powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• Databricks workflows.
• AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Basic Python, PySpark SQL, PL/SQL.
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, Maven/Gradle.
• Agile development methodologies.
