Java/Full Stack Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on System Analyst with strong Java backend and web‑app expertise to own the requirements, design, and delivery of enterprise applications for our on‑shore clients. You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, helping to modernise legacy systems into cloud‑ready, micro‑services‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and application designs.
• Lead system design, including database schema, API contracts and overall architecture for Java web applications.
• Develop, test, implement and maintain applications following SDLC and Agile practices.
• Work independently with business users and vendors, presenting solutions and managing expectations.
• Perform QA, support UAT and provide L2/L3 application support after go‑live.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, Java development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with Angular or AngularJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript for front‑end development.
• Proficient in relational database design and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DB2).
• Hands‑on experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ or VSCode.
• Understanding of micro‑services, SOA, event‑driven architecture and responsive web design.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
