About the role
Onc3D Visualization Studio is a specialised design studio delivering high‑end 3D visualisation and photorealistic rendering for luxury residences, condos and venues worldwide. We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our on‑site team in Singapore and support design and visualisation projects from concept through detailed development.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate design information and document decisions throughout project phases.
- Participate in client review meetings and internal design discussions.
- Maintain organised project files and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior architects, designers and 3D artists to produce accurate visual outputs.
Required profile
- Foundation in architecture or architectural design.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Singaporean or PR status (no sponsorship).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or a strong recent graduate.
- Availability to start in July or August.
