Junior Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team in Singapore. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support senior creatives in shaping visual concepts and brand campaigns across print, digital and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine layouts, graphics and key visuals for a variety of client projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters and account teams to produce presentation materials and adapt designs for different formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and translate creative strategies into compelling visual executions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, best practices and emerging social‑media formats.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand‑focused work and polished execution in both print and digital media.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to receive and apply feedback.
• Attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Ability to shoot short‑form video reels for social‑media content.
