Junior Chartered Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Chartered Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. This position provides exposure to group consolidation, M&A activities, and regional finance operations with opportunities for overseas assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
• Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and integration of acquired businesses.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/SG FRS and internal reporting standards.
• Participate in cross‑border finance projects and liaise with international teams.
• Support external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA equivalent).
• Fresh graduates with CA qualification are welcome.
• 0–3 years of experience in finance consolidation and exposure to M&A transactions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel overseas for assignments.
