Junior PR Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior PR Account Executive to join a leading global marketing and public relations agency. In this role you will support client campaigns, develop media relationships, and contribute to creative communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch story ideas to journalists via email, phone, and other channels.
• Write copy for social media posts, press releases, and blog articles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and spokespersons.
• Participate in client and spokesperson calls, offering ideas and angles.
• Develop and manage media and influencer contacts, using allocated budgets.
• Handle account administration, including news monitoring, reporting, and maintaining press lists.
• Contribute to campaign concepts, story ideas, and new‑business pitches.
• Conduct research on creative ideas, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks such as ad copy creation and audience planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in an agency or communications setting (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Creative thinker with a passion for integrated communications.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Strong interest in client sectors and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
