Junior Sales Executive – Food Service

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join a leading Japanese food manufacturing company operating in Singapore. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within bakeries, cafés, restaurants and other food‑service establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across bakery, café, restaurant and catering segments through cold calling, prospecting and networking.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, sampling and menu proposal discussions to match customer needs.
• Collaborate with distributor sales representatives on joint visits and support distributor‑led promotions.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, workshops and other promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity and provide regular reports on sales activities and business development progress.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in F&B, hospitality, retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a resilient, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
