Junior Social Content Creator (Singapore)

About the role

You will conceptualise and produce both planned and reactive social‑first content for a global brand, working in English and adapting it for ASEAN markets. This is an always‑on role focused on building a consistent, high‑performing presence across short‑form video platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate and generate social‑first, platform‑native content ideas in English that can be adapted across ASEAN markets.
• Monitor social channels in real time to spot trends, viral audio and cultural moments and translate them into rapid creative.
• Script, shoot, direct and edit lo‑fi video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts using Premiere Pro, CapCut and native platform tools.
• Create static and motion assets in Adobe Creative Suite to support always‑on programmes.
• Capture live content at brand events, product launches and activations, collaborating with talent and fans on‑site.
• Partner with social strategists to brief external creators and ensure authentic, high‑performing output.
• Leverage the WPP Open AI platform to automate repetitive production tasks and experiment with scale and personalisation.
• Collaborate with teams in Singapore, Australia and local markets, reporting to the Social Creative Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a social content creator, capable of self‑shooting and self‑editing.
• Strong English language skills and ability to adapt content for ASEAN markets.
