Key Account Manager – APAC

About the role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for the APAC region will drive profitable growth and margin for Energizer’s OEM and Hearing Aid Battery customers. You will be responsible for both acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts across select APAC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual net sales and gross margin targets for the assigned region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and win new accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision‑makers at distributors and customers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and Global Commercial colleagues to meet customer and company objectives.
• Prospect aggressively, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities using CRM tools and market insights.
• Monitor competition, analyse market trends, and adjust tactics to mitigate risk.
