Key Account Manager – Telecom Carrier (Singapore)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive growth of international network services for telecom operators and OTT customers. The role focuses on expanding business, designing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for submarine cable, IEPL, global internet access and cloud services.
• Design customized marketing proposals and integrated product portfolios based on client network needs.
• Maintain and grow existing carrier relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Identify customer pain points, analyse demand and feed insights into product development and resource planning.
• Establish and nurture cooperative relationships with carriers to expand business channels.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of sales or partnership experience in the telecom industry, preferably with international submarine cable sales.
• Proven track record of working with large‑scale internet enterprises and closing related deals.
• Experience with international telecom carriers or overseas business units of Chinese domestic carriers.
• Strong negotiation abilities, high pressure tolerance and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English; candidates based in Singapore are preferred.
