Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team across our island‑wide outlets in Singapore. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring safety standards, and delivering high‑quality meals to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes following recipes, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls and proper food labeling, rotation and storage.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday and themed menus in collaboration with the senior chef.
• Supervise a team to keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized and compliant with health‑safety regulations.
• Manage kitchen inventory, food cost, and staffing within budgetary limits.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement service improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, broiling, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping and mixing.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures.
• Menu development and cost control expertise.
