L1 Support Engineer – Application Support (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated L1 Support Engineer to join our Singapore office. The role focuses on providing first‑line application support, handling user requests, and ensuring smooth operation of critical business platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage support mailboxes and user requests.
• Log, track and manage support tickets, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Triage incidents and escalate complex issues to the L2/AMS team.
• Coordinate with technical teams to achieve timely issue resolution.
• Communicate status and resolution timelines to end users.
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base articles.
• Support recurring governance and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Experience in IT Helpdesk, Application Support or L1/L2 operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with integration platforms such as Workato.
• Knowledge of automation tools like UiPath.
• Understanding of Workday (Cumulus) and Tableau.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Hands‑on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira or equivalents).
