Land Surveyor – Civil Engineering Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to support our civil engineering projects in Singapore. The role involves conducting accurate land and engineering surveys, ensuring data integrity throughout construction, and preparing detailed survey drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Perform land and engineering surveys for civil engineering projects.
• Monitor and verify survey data and measurements during construction progress.
• Prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD and other design software as required.
• Liaise with authorities and contractual parties to meet project requirements.
• Execute line marking, pavement marking, topographical, setting‑out, monitoring, as‑built, and control point surveys.

Required profile

• Diploma in Land Surveying, Geology or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction‑civil engineering sector.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
