Lead Product Manager

About the role

FutureLearner.ai is building an AI‑adaptive learning engine that transforms syllabus materials into personalised mastery journeys. As the Lead Product Manager you will create and own the product portfolio, pricing, launch strategy and financial forecasts for both K‑12 and professional learning lines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap across K‑to‑JC and professional product lines, including pricing and launch plans.
• Write feature descriptions, review product requirement documents and translate market feedback into development priorities.
• Identify and mitigate business, regulatory and compliance risks, especially around minors’ data and education‑sector procurement.
• Present product performance and strategy to the CEO, board and external stakeholders.
• Design detailed specifications, cost estimates and revenue projections for new features.
• Specify user‑experience requirements for learners, parents, teachers and enterprise administrators.
• Set development, implementation and release timelines and track related KPIs.
• Develop marketing tactics, pricing strategies and conduct market research on emerging technologies and syllabus verticals.
• Lead business proposals for tuition centres, schools, corporate compliance buyers and content partners.
• Manage product budget, forecast staffing needs and oversee operational plans.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in commercial product management, operations or delivery within a technology‑focused environment.
• Track record of building product functions, roadmaps and pricing architectures from scratch.
• Ability to work closely with C‑level leadership and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with financial modelling.
