About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer to join our high‑performing technology team in Singapore. You will stay hands‑on with development while shaping architecture, mentoring engineers and driving technical innovation across large‑scale digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of large‑scale digital solutions and influence architecture decisions.
• Design, develop and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
• Conduct code reviews, guide best‑practice engineering, and champion DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development experience with a track record of leading technical initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, solution design and modern frameworks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
