Learning & Development Manager – AI Upskilling

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Learning & Development Manager to lead our upskilling and AI integration initiatives across the organisation. You will design, launch and scale learning programmes that close skill gaps and embed AI proficiency throughout all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑wide learning pathways from gap analysis to programme delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to assess current competencies, forecast talent needs and map capability growth.
• Curate blended learning experiences with the International L&D team, including e‑learning and workshops.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, skill acquisition and business impact.
• Drive job rotation and internal mobility programmes for continuous professional development.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, academic institutions and technology partners.
• Ensure training content meets quality standards and aligns with national upskilling agendas.
• Facilitate targeted training sessions and maintain L&D policies and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of solid training experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience setting up AI literacy programmes and AI integration.
• Experience working with multicultural and virtual teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for upskilling, new technologies and trends.
• Track record of presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.
