About the role
The Lecturer will go beyond traditional teaching, recognising and nurturing students' potential and lifelong learning needs. The role also involves maintaining strong industry linkages and staying current with evolving industry changes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver teaching and learning sessions in Electrical Engineering.
- Carry out industry or consultancy projects to stay relevant and support curriculum relevance.
- Maintain and develop partnerships with industry and schools, including regular industry attachments.
Required profile
- Formal training in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: power generation, transmission or distribution, renewable energy, smart building, electric vehicle or autonomous guided vehicle.
- Previous experience as a trainer is an advantage.
