Lecturer – Nursing

About the role

As a Lecturer in Nursing, you will go beyond delivering curriculum to inspire and support students’ professional growth and lifelong learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing courses, facilitating classroom and practical learning.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with industry partners and schools to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Lead industry or consultancy projects that keep your professional practice up‑to‑date.
• Participate in regular industry attachments or placements to refresh skills, knowledge and clinical practices.
• Contribute to the college’s academic community through curriculum development, assessment and mentorship.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years post‑registration clinical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical teaching.
• Specialist qualification in at least one of the following areas is an advantage: Midwifery, Palliative Care, Psychiatry.
• Willingness to comply with current vaccination guidelines.
