Legal Associate – Litigation (0-2 years PQE)

About the role

Ling Law Corporation is seeking a Singapore‑qualified Legal Associate with 0‑2 years post‑qualification experience to join its litigation practice. The role offers early exposure to clients, case strategy, court work and advocacy, with a focus on high‑stakes, varied disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse evidence and develop case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions and correspondence.
• Participate in client conferences, witness preparation and negotiations.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, mediations and court appearances.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in litigation and contentious work.
• Clear thinking, strong writing ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Curiosity, good judgment and willingness to receive feedback.
• Dependable, technologically confident and comfortable using digital and AI tools.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary between S$6,000 and S$7,500 per month (based on experience and ability).
