Listing Executive – Escape Parks

About the role

As a Listing Executive you will support the daily operations of Tiny Away’s Escape Parks by ensuring that each property is accurately represented on major booking platforms. Working remotely, you will collaborate with Park Managers and internal teams to keep listings up‑to‑date, monitor rates and help deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new Escape Park properties, maintaining checklists and meeting deadlines.
• Create, update and maintain engaging property listings, including photos, descriptions, amenities and pricing.
• Integrate and manage listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
• Ensure rates loaded in the PMS sync correctly across all booking channels.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to prevent booking disruptions.
• Perform regular inventory checks to verify listed amenities match on‑site conditions.
• Partner with Park Managers to support smooth guest experiences and encourage positive reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in property management, hospitality or listing management.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, RMS or Newbook.
• Familiarity with booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
