Lobby Ambassador – Front Office

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador (Front Office) ensures a seamless, personalised arrival experience for every guest at Raffles Hotel Singapore, working closely with the Butler and F&B teams to uphold the hotel’s legendary service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute core lobby operations and deliver a first‑class check‑in experience.
• Assist the F&B team in welcoming and seating restaurant patrons.
• Handle cashiering, billing, and pre‑arrival correspondence in coordination with finance and Butler teams.
• Act as Lobby Operation Coordinator, managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth lobby flow.
• Address security incidents and guest complaints promptly and proactively.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in line with the annual upsell strategy.
• Collaborate with all departments to promote in‑house facilities and maintain Accor values.
• Maintain compliance with SOP, LSOP, Forbes 5‑star and LQA standards.
