Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipment processes. This role supports the end‑to‑end logistics flow while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and operations teams on order fulfillment, inventory, and shipment activities.
• Provide operational feedback to customers and coordinate issue resolution.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify vendor invoices and address discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations, and transporters.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of system transactions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
