Logistics Executive – ISO Administration

About the role

Aurionpro Transit is seeking a Logistics Executive to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations and maintain ISO/TQM documentation. You will act as the bridge between vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth logistics and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, inventory, and transportation.
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment and dispatch.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents and third‑party logistics providers.
• Optimize routes and transportation costs for timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation such as delivery notes, shipping invoices and inventory records.
• Track logistics budgets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Enforce quality assurance protocols and ensure compliance with ISO and TQM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics and quality control, preferably in manufacturing, trading, FMCG or automotive environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, transportation and inventory control.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, TQM).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience with import/export procedures and related documentation.
