Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will plan, coordinate and monitor daily local and export deliveries, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately, safely and on time. You will work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, transporters and freight forwarders to align delivery priorities and transport arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily local and export shipments, track progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, shipping documents and proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate logistics records in SAP and internal tracking files.
• Liaise with transporters and logistics service providers to resolve issues, monitor performance and support continuous improvement.
• Verify freight invoices and transport‑related costs against approved rates and supporting documents.
• Support inventory and warehouse activities, including stock movements, returns and damaged‑goods handling.
• Compile logistics reports and analyse delivery performance, freight cost and service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with additional logistics or supply‑chain duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business management or engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English (oral & written); Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4 (advantageous).
