Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will oversee and facilitate the company’s supply chain operations, coordinating personnel and processes to ensure effective distribution of goods across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out packing, crating, warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site‑specific programs and shipments.
• Oversee customer‑based queues, planning and allocating tasks to meet configuration requirements.
• Track, receive, and stock all ordered items.
• Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
• Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment.
• Provide lists of equipment moved from consolidation areas to sponsor shipping channels for project coordinators.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels to avoid supply shortages.
• Manage equipment repairs.
• Supervise and account for inventory.
• Conduct annual property inventory and generate related reports.

Required profile

• Proven working experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Good knowledge of logistics or supply‑chain management tasks.
• Good knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Ability to assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions.
• Customer‑focused attitude.
