Logistics Operations Executive

About the role

The Logistics Operations Executive will support the Distribution & Logistics team at Coca‑Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei. Based in Tuas, the role ensures day‑to‑day delivery operations run smoothly, coordinating dispatch, optimizing routes and collaborating with contractors and internal stakeholders to meet service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery activities to achieve timely order fulfillment.
• Optimize delivery routes and truck utilisation for cost‑effective operations.
• Work closely with delivery contractors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor delivery performance, service levels and key operational KPIs.
• Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements.
• Support manpower planning and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations or distribution.
• Experience in FMCG or logistics environments is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
