Logistics Sales Manager

About the role

JD.com is seeking a Logistics Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for its supply chain and 3PL services. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, tailoring solutions to their logistics needs.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure flawless execution of client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Represent JD.com at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in the supply chain, warehousing, or distribution sector.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
