Logistics Solutions Specialist (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking Logistics Solutions Specialists (Senior) to design, develop and implement end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain solutions for customers in Singapore and regional markets. The role bridges customer needs with our sales, operations, finance, technology and regional teams to deliver commercially viable logistics offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customers’ business models, shipment profiles, service requirements and operational challenges.
• Design comprehensive logistics solutions covering cross‑border transport, freight, warehousing, fulfilment and last‑mile delivery.
• Conduct market, route, capacity and competitor research to support product development.
• Develop cost models, operational assumptions, resource plans and preliminary pricing recommendations.
• Prepare solution proposals, process maps, implementation plans and presentation materials.
• Support tenders, RFPs and customer discussions with operational, commercial and analytical input.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, China headquarters and regional teams to assess feasibility.
• Assist with implementation, testing and operational handover of approved solutions.
• Monitor service performance, costs and risks, recommending corrective actions.
• Identify process‑improvement and technology‑enabled opportunities to boost efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exposure to logistics solution design, cost modelling, market research or project implementation.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships, academic projects or practical logistics experience may be considered for the Specialist level.
• Senior level candidates should demonstrate independent solution development, project delivery and stakeholder management.
