Management Trainee – Food & Beverage

About the role

This Management Trainee position offers a comprehensive, hands‑on learning experience within the food and beverage division of a dynamic hospitality company. You will rotate through all operational areas to build a solid foundation in restaurant management while contributing to sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across all F&B positions to gain deep, practical knowledge of operations.
• Assist in maximizing sales and profitability of each outlet.
• Progressively master the skills required to run restaurant operations independently.
• Handle manpower scheduling, administrative tasks, performance management, and inventory control as needed.
• Ensure new hires receive proper training and monitor their progress.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, NEA regulations, and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare business reports and perform ad‑hoc duties.
• Monitor individual performance with supervisors and set new goals after completing basic training.
