Management Trainee

About the role

The Management Trainee program is designed to immerse recent graduates or early‑career professionals in the core functions of our organization. You will rotate through key departments, gaining hands‑on experience in operations, human resources, and leadership while preparing for future senior management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s business processes, operational strategies, and management practices.
• Participate in and lead team projects, distributing tasks and monitoring progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining a results‑oriented focus.
• Identify problems, develop and implement replicable solutions, and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
• Continuously improve personal skills, adapt to change, and expand knowledge through company training initiatives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate from NUS, NTU, SMU or a candidate with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in business management, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High self‑drive, adaptability, resilience, and a passion for education and training.
• Willingness to assume a management role after completing the programme.
