About the role

The Manager – BCB, CASA Relationship Manager will lead new client acquisition and deepen existing corporate relationships for HL Bank Singapore. This role focuses on driving revenue, deposit growth, and cross‑selling across liquidity, FX, and cash‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, onboard and build a pipeline of new SME and corporate clients to increase revenue and deposits.
• Originate and structure secured lending solutions tailored to client needs.
• Drive account activity and transaction throughput across liquidity, FX, and cash‑management products.
• Implement cross‑selling strategies to deepen existing relationships and maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, interest‑rate movements and product offerings to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to internal product and commercial teams.
• Deliver high‑touch relationship management and operational support, ensuring prompt resolution of client inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal credit policies and AML/KYC standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SME and corporate banking or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of secured lending, liquidity, FX and cash‑management solutions.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and high customer‑service standards.
