Manager, Channel Strategy & Operations (Google Channels)

About the role

Klook is looking for a data‑driven Manager to shape and execute its Google channel strategy. You will own both paid (Google Ads, Things To Do Ads) and non‑paid (SEO) initiatives, driving traffic and optimizing performance for Klook’s travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive strategies across Google paid and organic channels to increase qualified traffic.
• Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, ROI and organic growth using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and Looker.
• Streamline marketing operations by establishing processes, tools and workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Vertical Planning, Product, Data and Regional Marketing teams to align channel tactics with broader business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Lead experimental initiatives to test new tactics and drive continuous growth.
