Manager, Experience Concierge (APAC)

About the role

The Manager, Experience Concierge is a hands‑on leader responsible for curating, evaluating, and elevating luxury guest experiences across the APAC region. This role combines on‑the‑ground expertise, strategic partnership development, and operational excellence to deliver seamless, differentiated journeys for Four Seasons guests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site analysis, research and product evaluation at regional properties to identify and curate luxury experiences.
• Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with tour operators, program providers and vendors to build an exclusive network of experiences.
• Co‑develop product roadmaps for multi‑property itineraries, immersive events and hospitality services, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Commercial Experiences, Hotel Operations and Digital teams to integrate destination experiences into the guest journey and digital content.
• Serve as primary contact for multi‑property and high‑value bookings, orchestrating end‑to‑end itinerary elements and delivering personalized service.
• Partner with hotels to establish SOPs, resolve high‑volume Best Guest requests, monitor satisfaction and financial metrics, and participate in budget planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years in luxury hospitality (concierge, guest experience, journey planning or DMC leadership) with multi‑property experience.
• Deep knowledge of APAC destinations, especially Thailand and Japan, and proven ability to curate high‑impact experiences.
• Track record as a single point of contact coordinating complex, multi‑stakeholder journeys.
• Experience establishing SOPs, training teams and driving standards at scale.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and Four Seasons concierge tools (KEY, Alice, GoCon) preferred.
