Manager of Sales, Markets and Customers (NDMS SEA)

About the role

Lead and expand the sales, market and customer portfolio for NDMS services across South East Asia. Based in Singapore, you will manage a team of sellers, drive revenue growth, and shape how NDMS solutions are promoted to clients in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and service opportunities, especially for Marine Assurance Service, with support from advisory professionals.
• Coordinate project delivery and collaborate with peers to strengthen client relationships and grow the portfolio.
• Optimize customer experience measured by CRSI and customer feedback scores.
• Contribute to resource planning, team coordination and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and execute market‑area and customer‑segment strategies, focusing on cross‑selling and up‑selling across business units.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and learning‑focused team culture.
• Support regional leadership in market and customer strategy decisions.

Required profile

• Ready to step into or grow in a sales leadership role with a blend of technical expertise.
• Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets in a regional context.
• Strong ability to work with delivery units and customers to improve safety culture and organizational resilience.
