About the role

Mastercard is seeking a commercially‑minded finance professional to join its Southeast Asia Business Development Finance team. The Manager, Pricing & Deal Management will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy and business development, shaping high‑value agreements with banks and financial institutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business development and account management teams to evaluate customer opportunities and design commercially sound deal structures.
• Develop detailed financial models, perform scenario analysis and assess investment returns to support strategic decisions.
• Analyse the economic impact of agreements, recommend structures that optimise growth while protecting profitability, and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare and present business cases for senior finance and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure agreements reflect approved financial structures.
• Provide financial insights, alternative scenarios and pricing recommendations during commercial negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, customer strategies and competitive dynamics to inform pricing and investment decisions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of deal‑management, pricing and commercial governance practices across the region.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial finance, pricing, deal structuring or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex commercial opportunities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal and business teams.
