Manager - Private Bank (Client Services)

About the role

HL Bank Singapore is seeking a Manager for its Private Bank Client Services team. The role supports private banking operations by ensuring smooth onboarding, transaction processing and compliance across a range of wealth‑management products.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that account opening forms and related documentation are complete and coordinate follow‑up with clients.
• Manage the timely execution of orders for equities, FX, bonds and other investment products.
• Liaise proactively with internal departments to accelerate processing and resolve issues.
• Provide Relationship Managers and Product Specialists with accurate information to facilitate client transactions and relationship management.
• Monitor adherence to legal and compliance guidelines, working closely with back‑office teams to minimise operational errors.
• Collaborate with the line manager to ensure the team meets bank and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in private banking or wealth‑management operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple documentation streams.
• Proactive communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of legal, compliance and regulatory frameworks in banking.
