Manager - Product Advisory

About the role

The Manager – Product Advisory will act as the senior product specialist for UHNW/HNW clients in Singapore, partnering with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors to deliver tailored investment solutions across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level product expertise during client meetings, portfolio reviews and investment discussions, driving revenue and product penetration.
• Serve as the primary Singapore interface with the Malaysia‑based Product Management team, delivering client‑driven input on product gaps, commercial viability, pricing and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead new product onboarding for Singapore, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology to ensure due diligence, suitability and operational readiness.
• Support capability building for the Malaysia product team through training materials, workshops and mentorship.
• Represent Product Advisory in governance forums, offering data‑driven recommendations on product approvals, enhancements or restrictions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior client‑facing product specialist serving UHNW/HNW clients.
• Strong understanding of a broad range of financial products (funds, structured products, fixed income, FX, alternatives, equity).
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including risk, compliance, legal and technology.
• Experience influencing product strategy and providing market insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
