Manufacturing Process Engineer – Entry Level (Electrical/Mechanical)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, focusing on electrical and mechanical processes. You will help document, standardise and improve production procedures across the Group, supporting both local and overseas operations.

Key responsibilities

• Document and standardise factory and production processes and procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Support deployment of production processes across Singapore and overseas sites.
• Assist in developing next‑generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with operations teams on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; at least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing process documentation.
