Manufacturing Specialist I – Production & Equipment

About the role

The Manufacturing Specialist I will oversee the full production process, from equipment set‑up and maintenance to fabrication, testing and training. You will operate a range of automatic and semi‑automatic machines and perform basic electrical tasks to support the assembly of high‑tech products. The role also includes handling, labeling, packing and palletising of finished parts.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain automatic and semi‑automatic production machines.
• Perform basic electrical work as part of the assembly process.
• Conduct fabrication, testing and production training activities.
• Handle labeling, packing and palletising of parts, boxes and pallets.
• Shift and move equipment and components using lifting equipment, up to 3 kg items.
• Follow supervisor instructions to ensure quality and cost‑efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
• Basic English proficiency.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a 3‑2‑2‑3 work pattern.
• Physical ability to stand for 2‑4 hours and lift items up to 3 kg.
• Flexibility to take on ad‑hoc duties as needed.
