Marine Electrical Technician (5.5 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking a Marine Electrical Technician to join our team on a 5.5‑day work week. You will be responsible for maintaining the reliability of all electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime during voyages. The role involves ensuring all electrical systems on board vessels operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and troubleshoot shipboard machinery and electrical equipment.
• Perform wiring and connection of electrical cables according to schematics.
• Interpret and work with electrical diagrams and symbols.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with electrical schematics and marine equipment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Singapore’s maritime environment.
