Market Development Representative

About the role

Docusign is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive new business growth through outbound prospecting. You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, reaching out to potential customers in core vertical markets and setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospects in Docusign’s core verticals.
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and Account Executives across SMB, Mid‑Market, or Enterprise segments.
• Record prospect interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop email and LinkedIn campaigns that boost personal and company brand awareness.

Required profile

• Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to research accounts, gather information, and align solutions with business needs.
