About the role

Fuku is looking for a curious and analytical Market Intelligence Intern to support market research and competitive intelligence across the fintech and financial services industries. The intern works closely with internal teams to monitor industry trends, analyse market and competitor developments and turn research findings into clear, actionable insights that support business planning and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research across fintech and financial services.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, regulatory updates and emerging technologies.
• Gather and organise information from industry reports, public sources, company websites and other materials.
• Analyse market and competitor information and summarise key findings for internal stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of market research reports, competitor analyses, presentations and industry updates.
• Research topics such as fintech, payment systems, financial services, digital transformation and risk management.
• Support research on new market opportunities and business developments.
• Maintain and update market intelligence databases and research materials.
• Assist with other research and business-related projects as required.
