Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to support our marketing team in developing and executing strategies for our brands. The role involves identifying market trends, creating marketing collateral, and providing administrative assistance to both marketing and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Learn and operate various digital marketing software tools.
• Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
• Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies and presentations.
• Deliver presentations on ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain marketing databases and update social media accounts.
• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, formatting and editing.
• Organise market research, analyse feedback and generate reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Experience in administration, sales or marketing assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Capability to work under pressure and flexible opening‑hour availability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
